Terms and Conditions

A 20% non refundable  deposit is required on all bookings for each vehicle hired, with your booking being confirmed once deposit is paid. Direct Deposit,  or Cash Payment, is required as confirmation to secure your booking. The balance of the hire fee is due and payable  prior to the date of your booked event. If you request cancellation of your booking, the deposit will be forfeited to cover cost and losses incurred by us. You must notify us in writing should you wish to cancel your booking. Cancellations MUST be made in writing via email atleast 21 days prior to your booking date to avoid being invoiced the full amount.

There will be no exceptions  to the following rules.

1. No alcohol allowed by ANY person under the age of 18.

2. No smoking or vaping inside the vehicles at any time.

3. All our vehicles are seat belt equipped and  as such all passengers travelling with Holden Hire Cars must wear a seatbelt at all times.

4. The person making the initial booking is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment by any passenger during the hire duration. Any additional cleaning fee due to inappropriate  behaviour will be charged at a flat rate of $300

5. Cleaning fee for vomit is minimum of $600 per incident.

6. Cleaning fee for the excessive mess (eg, food, spilled drinks, glitter, broken glass) is $200 per incident.

7. NO illegal drug use of any kind Permitted. 

8. We will NOT be held responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen property.

9. Overtime will be charged per 15-minute increments; however, this will not include traffic and unavoidable delays. 

10. Customer agrees that overtime MUST be paid cash to the chauffeur.

11. Customer agrees that Holden Hire Cars will not be held responsible in the event of any accidents/breakdowns / mechanical problems or traffic delays etc.

12. Holden Hire Cars  reserve the right to refuse entry to any driveway/ pathway / tight access that may cause damage to our limousines.

13. We reserve the right to demand FULL compensation for any damages caused by passengers or parties travelling in our vehicles.

The Chauffeur has the right to terminate the hire or refuse entry to passengers that are intoxicated or misbehaving or not adhering to our policies. Refund will not be provided. Due to the length of our stretch limousines , access to some streets, venues or locations may not be possible, however, we will endeavour to pick up / drop off as close as possible. All our vehicles will not be loaded beyond the seating capacity. Holden Hire Cars terms and conditions are current but subject to change without notice.
